2. Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation by Customer:
    • More than 30 days before departure: 10% cancellation fee.
    • 15-30 days before departure: 30% cancellation fee.
    • 7-14 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee.
    • Less than 7 days before departure: No refund.
  • Cancellation by TourGrove: In case of unavoidable circumstances such as force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest), if TourGrove cancels the tour, a full refund will be issued or an alternative tour will be provided.

3. Changes and Amendments:

  • Changes by Customer: Any amendments to the itinerary or travel dates after booking will incur an additional charge, depending on availability and the nature of the change.
  • Changes by TourGrove: TourGrove reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, hotel, transportation, or other services in case of unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice to the customer.

4. Travel Documents:

  • Passport and Visa: For Indian nationals, a valid photo ID (Aadhar card, voter ID, passport, etc.) is required. Foreign nationals may require a valid passport and visa. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have the necessary documents for travel.
  • Health Requirements: Customers must ensure they are in good health and able to travel. Any health conditions should be disclosed to TourGrove before booking.

5. Refund Policy:

  • Refunds: Refunds for canceled bookings will be processed based on the cancellation policy, subject to applicable bank processing times.
  • No Show: If the customer does not show up on the scheduled departure date without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided.

6. Responsibility of TourGrove:

  • Services and Accommodation: TourGrove will ensure that the services and accommodations provided are of the standard mentioned in the package. However, we are not responsible for any delay, disruption, or change caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather, strikes, or governmental actions.
  • Safety: While TourGrove strives to ensure your safety, customers are responsible for following the instructions of tour guides, hotel staff, and any safety procedures during activities and excursions.

7. Customer Responsibilities:

  • Punctuality: Customers must adhere to the time schedules for all transfers, tours, and activities. Delays may result in missed sightseeing or transportation with no compensation.
  • Behavior and Conduct: TourGrove expects all customers to behave respectfully and responsibly during their trip. Any damage to property, disruptive behavior, or violation of local laws may lead to expulsion from the tour without a refund.
  • Personal Belongings: Customers are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings during the trip. TourGrove is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items.

8. Force Majeure:

  • TourGrove will not be held liable for any delays, cancellations, or other disruptions caused by natural disasters, pandemics, war, strikes, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, the company may offer alternative dates or tours, subject to availability.

9. Travel Insurance:

  • Customers are advised to purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other incidents. Travel insurance is not included in the tour package.

10. Liability:

  • TourGrove is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages incurred during the trip, including during water sports, sightseeing, and travel.
  • Any liability arising out of third-party services such as airlines, hotels, or local suppliers is limited to the terms and conditions of those third parties.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
