1. Booking Confirmation:
   • A booking will be confirmed only after the payment of the deposit (as per the package selected).
   • TourGrove reserves the right to cancel or amend any booking if the payment is not received on time or if there are any discrepancies in the booking details.
2. Payment Policy:
   • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm the tour.
   • Full payment must be made at least 30 days before the departure date unless otherwise specified in the package details.
   • All payments should be made through the authorized payment channels provided by TourGrove.
3. Cancellation Policy:
   • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to departure may incur a cancellation fee of 10-20% of the total tour cost depending on the tour package.
   • Cancellations made within 30 days of departure may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the tour cost.
   • Cancellations must be submitted in writing to TourGrove and will be subject to approval.
4. Refund Policy:
   • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting any non-refundable charges and administrative fees.
   • Refunds will be credited through the original payment method and may take up to 45 days from the cancellation date to be processed.
   • TourGrove is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party vendors, including airlines, hotels, or transport providers.
5. Visa and Travel Documents:
   • Travelers are responsible for obtaining necessary travel documents such as passports and visas for the countries included in the itinerary.
   • TourGrove will assist in visa processing, but any visa refusals or delays are not the responsibility of TourGrove.
   • Visa fees and costs for visa extensions, if applicable, are the responsibility of the traveler.
6. Travel Insurance:
   • It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellation, flight delays, lost baggage, etc.
   • Travel insurance is not included in the tour package and must be arranged independently by the traveler.
   • TourGrove is not liable for any medical expenses, trip disruptions, or loss of personal items during the trip.
7. Itinerary and Changes:
   • TourGrove will make every effort to adhere to the stated itinerary. However, the company reserves the right to modify the itinerary for reasons beyond its control, such as weather, transport issues, or local regulations.
   • Any significant changes to the itinerary will be communicated to the traveler in advance.
8. Accommodation and Meals:
   • Accommodation will be as per the selected package category (3-star, 4-star, or luxury) and is subject to availability.
   • Meals are included as per the itinerary. Any additional meals, snacks, or beverages outside the package will be at the traveler’s expense.
9. Transportation:
   • All internal transport (flights, trains, buses, etc.) will be arranged by TourGrove as per the itinerary.
   • Any additional transportation or upgrades requested will incur extra charges, which must be paid directly to TourGrove.
10. Responsibility of Traveler:
    • Travelers are responsible for carrying their travel documents, ensuring adherence to local laws and customs, and maintaining personal safety and belongings throughout the trip.
    • TourGrove is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items during the trip.
11. Health and Safety:
    • Travelers should ensure they have necessary vaccinations or health precautions before traveling to certain destinations.
    • TourGrove is not responsible for any medical emergencies or pre-existing conditions that arise during the tour.
    • Travelers should carry any required medication, prescriptions, and health-related documents.
12. Force Majeure:
    • TourGrove will not be held liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, political instability, or other circumstances beyond the company’s reasonable control.
    • In such cases, the traveler may be required to bear the additional costs incurred due to changes in the itinerary.
13. Travel Conduct:
    • Travelers must respect local customs, culture, and the rules of the tour.
    • TourGrove reserves the right to remove any traveler from the tour if their conduct disrupts the group or violates the rules of the trip.
    • If a traveler is removed due to inappropriate behavior, no refund or compensation will be provided.
14. Liability:
    • TourGrove, its agents, employees, or associates are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illness, death, loss of property, or any other damages resulting from the trip.
    • Any third-party services (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.) included in the package are subject to their own terms and conditions.
15. Additional Charges:
    • Any services or activities not explicitly mentioned in the package inclusions (such as optional tours, upgrades, or personal expenses) are the responsibility of the traveler and must be paid directly to the provider.
    • TourGrove will inform travelers of any additional charges that may apply.
16. Indemnity:
    • The traveler agrees to indemnify and hold harmless TourGrove, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of their participation in the tour.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
    • These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the country where TourGrove’s registered office is located.
    • Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the country where TourGrove’s office is situated.
18. Acceptance of Terms:
    • By booking a tour package with TourGrove, the traveler acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
    • It is the traveler’s responsibility to read and understand the terms and conditions before confirming the booking.
